What's new in Ovida (26 June 2026)
Last updated: July 20, 2026
A round-up of this week's improvements across teams and roles, meetings, uploads, and scoring.
New and improved
Organisation Owners and Admins can now act across all of their teams. If you are an Organisation Owner, you can do anything a Team Owner can do on every team in your organisation. If you are an Organisation Admin, you have Team Admin abilities on every team. Both roles now see all of the organisation's teams on the My Teams page, not only the teams you are a member of, and the My role column shows your organisation role for those teams.
The settings page has been tidied up. The sections are now labelled and ordered Organisation Settings, Team Settings, then Personal Settings, so related options are easier to find.
When you share a Skill with someone, a note now appears in the Skill's discussion thread recording that it was shared. The note looks different from normal chat messages, and you can hover over it to see the date and time.
Meetings and uploads
The Meetings page now has a Source column showing how each meeting was created or recorded. The meeting source area has been redesigned, and the Normal Meeting type has been renamed to Meeting Recording. When you select a team in the Schedule new meeting dialog, the Guest field is now usable straight away.
Skills and scoring
Scores now always show to one decimal place, so 2.24544 shows as 2.2 and 2.6678 shows as 2.7.
Fixes and improvements
This release also includes smaller fixes and polish across meetings, skills, and localisation.
