(18 May 2026) File uploads, live recording, and dashboard exports now more reliable, plus a privacy fix for session transcripts

What changed:

This release focuses on stability fixes and a privacy improvement across Meetings, the Dashboard, and AI Lens. A few things you may have run into recently should now be resolved:

  • File uploads work reliably again. Issues that were causing some meeting file uploads to fail have been fixed.

  • Live audio recording works reliably again. Bugs affecting live audio recordings have been resolved.

  • Dashboard exports work for all customers. Reports and data exports from the Dashboard were failing for some customers — downloads now complete as expected.

  • Meeting transcripts in AI Lens and Session Viewer now mask personal information. Previously, transcripts shown in session replays could include unmasked personal details. This has been fixed so transcripts honour the same privacy masking applied elsewhere in the product.

  • Scheduling a meeting for someone else now keeps the host you chose. When a Team Admin or Team Owner scheduled a meeting on behalf of other members, the system was overriding the selected host and assigning the Admin/Owner instead. The host you select is now the host that gets saved.

  • Org owner and admin role changes can now be made in Coaching Admin. Promoting a user to org owner or admin no longer requires a request to the Ovida team — admins can make these changes directly from the Coaching Admin interface.

  • Prompt configuration errors only appear when relevant. A backend connection issue was causing a prompt configuration error to show on the page even when no one had taken any action. The error now only appears when it's actually relevant — when you start a roleplay, generate a scenario seed, or create your own scenario.

What you need to know or do:

  • Nothing is required from you for any of the fixes above — they're already live.

  • If you're a Coaching Admin or Org Owner and you've previously contacted Ovida support to change someone's role, you can now do this yourself in Coaching Admin.
