What's New in Ovida (12 June 2026)
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Here's a look at everything we shipped last week: new capabilities, improvements, and a healthy round of fixes and polish.
New & Improved
Upload existing meeting transcripts for analysis You can now bring transcripts from outside Ovida straight into the platform. From the meeting/skill "Add meeting" flow, choose Upload transcript and either upload a file (TXT, DOC, DOCX, or PDF) or paste the text directly. Ovida cleans up and standardizes the formatting for you, lets you confirm who's speaking, and saves it as a meeting you can analyze like any other. Opening one of these meetings now shows a clean, read-only transcript view.
A new home for your Settings Settings now live in one consolidated place, reachable from a dedicated Settings button at the bottom of the sidebar. Your teams have moved here too, under My Team → Joined Teams, so you can see and manage the teams you belong to from a single spot.
A clearer Dashboards menu The old "Metrics" menu has been reorganized into Dashboards, with Team activity, your own My activity dashboard, and Scores (where enabled). Organizations with bespoke reporting needs can now also have a custom dashboard surfaced right in this menu under their own label.
Roleplay scenarios that come to life as they're written When you generate a roleplay scenario, you'll now watch it stream onto the screen in real time as it's created; the same smooth, live experience you already get in skill threads.
Fixes and improvements
This release also includes smaller fixes and polish across meetings, recording, skills, contacts, and sign-in, including more reliable app updates after each release.
