Watching roleplay scenarios generate live

When you generate a roleplay scenario for a skill, the scenario now appears on screen in real time as it's written; the same live, streaming experience you already see in skill response threads.

What you'll notice

1. Start generating a roleplay scenario as usual from a skill.

2. Instead of waiting for the finished result, you'll see the scenario stream onto the screen progressively as it's created.

3. If you change the seed or regenerate the scenario, the live view updates smoothly to reflect the new generation.
