How do I share a relationship?
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Open the relationship, choose Share, and pick someone from the same team.
Sharing a relationship lets a coach or a colleague follow how a working relationship is developing and give you feedback on it. It works the same way as sharing a skill.
How to share
Open the relationship you want to share.
Choose Share.
Select the team member you want to share with.
Confirm.
You can share with members of the team the relationship sits in.
Finding relationships shared with you
The Relationships page has a filter for relationships other people have shared with you, so they stay separate from your own. There is also a search box for finding a relationship by name once you are tracking several.
What the person you share with can see
Sharing a relationship grants access to the relationship's thread and its scores. It does not automatically grant access to the full recordings of the meetings attached to it.
Thread content, including anything from meetings you have chosen to bring into the conversation: they can see this.
Meetings they joined as a guest or had observer access to: they can view the full meeting. That is access they already had.
Meetings they did not join: they cannot see the meeting details, even where the meeting is attached to the relationship. They can request permission from the meeting host.
💡 Tip Sharing a relationship does not override meeting-level privacy. Meeting hosts stay in control of full meeting access.
A note on who you are sharing about
A relationship is about a specific person, and that person may be a colleague of whoever you share it with. Consider who you are sharing with before you do it.
How to stop sharing
Choose Share on the relationship, then remove the person from the list.
