Why don't I see my personal team anymore?

If you're on a professional team, your free personal team is automatically hidden from the My Teams page to reduce clutter. Nothing has been deleted.

When you sign up to Ovida, a personal team is created for your individual use on the free plan. Most users never need to interact with it directly. To keep your My Teams page clean, free personal teams are now hidden automatically when you also have access to a professional team.

What this means

• You're on a professional team and your personal team was on the free plan: your personal team is hidden. You'll only see the professional team(s) you belong to.

• You're on a professional team and your personal team has an active paid subscription: both teams remain visible on your My Teams page.

• You're only on a personal team: nothing changes — your personal team continues to display as before.

What about my data?

Hiding the personal team does not delete anything:

• Your personal team still exists in the background

• Any meetings, skills, or notes tied to that team are preserved

• If you ever leave your professional team, your personal team will reappear automatically
