How do I add, remove, or change a team member's role?
Only Team Owners and Admins can manage team members from the Teams page. Add new members with a role, change existing roles, or remove people from the team.
Important: Team members must be added through the Teams page to access your team's skills. Simply inviting users through the Contacts feature does not grant them skill access. Team Owners and Admins can assign skills to team members through the team management interface.
All three actions happen on the same page.
To get there, either:
Go to Settings (bottom left) > Joined Teams under Team Settings, then select your team

Add a new team member
Click Joined Teams under Team Settings, then select your team

Click Add Member
Enter the member's Email, Full Name and Role
After entering the details click Add Member Button

Tip: You can add new team members before their start date to enable immediate access when they join, allowing for seamless onboarding.
Note: Regular team members cannot add new members. If a team member needs to add users, a Team Owner must first upgrade their role to Team Admin.
The new member appears in the Team members list immediately and receives an email invitation to join.
Once they accept and join, they may need to log out and back in to see the Skills tab.
Change a member's role
In the Role column, click the dropdown next to the member and select their new role. Each member can only have one role at a time — you cannot assign multiple roles (such as both Team Trainer and Team Admin) to the same person.

The change takes effect immediately.
Remove a team member
Click the trash icon next to the member you want to remove.

Click Remove to confirm.

⚠ Once removed, the member loses access to your team, any team meetings, and any Skills shared with them.
Who can assign which role
Team Owners can assign any role, including Team Admin.
Team Admins can assign Team Assistant, Team Trainer, and Team Member roles, but not Team Admin.
