Your meeting data is used only to generate personalised insights for you. Nothing else.

In short

Ovida processes your meetings to give you objective feedback on your communication. The insights are yours, and you control who else sees them.

Meeting analysis and moments

When you record a meeting, Ovida processes the audio and video to generate metadata about the conversation — who spoke when, where the key communication patterns appear, and so on. From that metadata, the AI highlights moments worth reviewing: questions, periods of silence, absolute language, and other patterns.

You can also tag your own moments, add reflections, and choose whether to share them with colleagues.

Skills and progress

Ovida links your meeting data to the skills you're working on. AI feedback shows how you performed against each skill, with practical insights you can apply in your next meeting.

Skills insights are private to you. You decide whether to share them with your manager, peers, or team.

Team visibility

If you're on a team account:

  • Team Owners and Team Admins can see high-level usage metrics (number of meetings, moments added, and so on) to understand engagement

  • They cannot access your recordings, transcripts, reflections, or AI insights

  • Your meeting data stays private to you unless you choose to share it

What your data is not used for

  • Not used to train or improve our AI models. Our models are pre-trained and never updated with your conversations.

  • Not shared with other businesses. No outside company has access to your meeting content.

  • Not used for marketing. Your data isn't sold, traded, or shared for any marketing purpose.

Protecting your information

Your meetings, metadata, insights, and skills progress are tied only to your secure personal login. You can delete your recordings or data at any time. Ovida's commitment is that your data exists to serve you, never to be monetised.
